Position Overview
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will provide leadership and oversight to a team of clinicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and client-centered services. You will support staff in managing caseloads, developing treatment plans, and growing professionally—while also maintaining your own clinical responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide supervision, mentorship, and leadership to clinical staff 
  • Support clinicians with caseload management, scheduling, and treatment planning 
  • Oversee assessments and clinical formulation processes 
  • Ensure services and documentation meet regulatory and organizational standards 
  • Monitor compliance and submit reports to leadership as needed 
  • Train and support new and existing staff 
  • Facilitate team meetings and participate in supervision sessions 
  • Build relationships with community partners and external agencies 
  • Promote culturally responsive and respectful communication 
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related field 
  • Independent licensure required (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LADC I
  • Previous clinical supervision experience preferred 
  • Experience with CBHI services strongly preferred 
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and documentation standards 
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
