Location: Multiple locations in Minneapolis, MN and St. Paul, MN (currently limited space available at our St. Paul sites)
Position can be full time in office or a hybrid of in office and remote with a minimum requirement of 3 days in office

Job Summary
This role is a combination of supervisory and direct practice activities. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will provide guidance and support to pre-licensed providers and ensure the delivery of high-quality therapy services. Your role is essential in maintaining the standard of care, promoting therapeutic excellence, and fostering the professional development of our pre-licensed staff.
As a Licensed Therapist, you will be dedicated to delivering exceptional outpatient client care in a collaborative setting. Your primary responsibilities will encompass conducting diagnostic assessments and administering targeted treatment, drawing from an array of culturally responsive, trauma-informed and diverse therapeutic modalities, including individual, couples, and/or family psychotherapy. Your caseload may include individuals presenting with depression, anxiety, trauma, significant life changes, ADHD, and other mental health symptoms and developmental concerns, thus necessitating experience across a broad spectrum of client profiles and conditions.

Compensation & Benefits (Our pay structures are commissions-based/net-collections and compensation is based on billable services):
Supervisor Pay Structure:
Flat Monthly Rate Per Supervisee: Full-Time Supervisee (billing 24+ sessions/week): $375 biweekly or Part-Time Supervisee (billing ~12 sessions/week): $225 biweekly
Group Supervision Compensation: $150 per group session
Intern Supervision Rate: $525 biweekly
Compensation for Direct Services: Compensation split of net collections between 62-65%; paid bi-weekly
*Estimated annual earning potential of: $107,000 for a Full-Time W-2 Provider
W-2 Licensed Provider: 62% Compensation Split
1099 Independent Contractor: 65% Compensation Split
