Clinical Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Provide ongoing clinical supervision for therapists providing psychotherapy services Co-sign progress notes and Treatment Plans for all supervisees requiring co-signature Availability for consultation with clinicians as needed to provide further clinical support and guidance Using available data and clinical metrics in supervision to guide discussion and conversation with the clinician Crisis supervision and support as needed for addressing clinically urgent or crisis situations Reviewing productivity, completion of record-keeping, and attendance of clinician at clinic, and related issues

A Clinical Supervisor should:

Have at least 3 years experience supervising clinicians Be supportive, patient, and a positive person Function well as part of a dynamic team Licensed PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMHC
