What You Will Do:
- Provide regular individual and group supervision to clinical staff, supporting professional development and clinical growth.
- Monitor staff compliance with caseload management, documentation quality, and evidence-based treatment protocols.
- Review and sign off on clinical documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Oversee caseload assignments, group scheduling, and chart reviews to ensure adherence to DPH standards.
- Maintain a modest individual caseload while overseeing broader program caseload management.
- Collaborate with the Program Director on staffing needs, hiring, and program quality.
Who You Are:
- Master's Degree in social work, psychology, or a related clinical field required.
- Independent Licensure (LMHC, LICSW, or LADC I) required.
- Minimum of three years' experience in substance abuse treatment, including at least one year of clinical supervisory experience.
- Working knowledge of DPH Bureau of Substance Abuse regulations.
- Strong clinical supervisory skills, with the ability to mentor, teach, and evaluate staff.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated commitment to cultural competence.

Salary Range:$70,000-$88,000
