Supervising around 36-40
KS and MO RN required
BLS required
Previous employee management experience preferred
Minimum of 2 years clinical experience preferred
Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
The Opportunity
Manages specific administrative and clinical functions related to the daily operations of the clinic as assigned. Supervise assigned clinical departments and staff including Medical Assistants, Triage Nurses, Lab, and Radiology within the clinic. Responsible for all resources and functions related to patient care including ordering supplies, QA regulatory compliance, OSHA, maintenance of clinical equipment, and regular staff meetings. Also responsible for training and development of assigned employees including hiring decisions, discipline, and staff evaluations. Assist clinical staff and fill-in when needed. Overall responsible for working to achieve quality healthcare and high patient satisfaction. We have a team based approach to support Patient Centered Medical Home.

Applicable Experience:
2 years
Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Registered Nurse (KS) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS), Registered Nurse (MO) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)
Associate Degree - Nursing
