Job Summary

The Clinical RN Supervisor is responsible for coordinating, managing, and evaluating the operation and activities of the respective clinic by demonstrating leadership skills, fiscal budgetary responsibility, appropriate clinical practice and patient advocacy. Coordinates the delivery of direct and indirect nursing care, along with providing quality care for our patients ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Education

• Graduate of a school of nursing. BSN or MSN preferred

Experience

• One (1) year of charge responsibility and one (1) year of experience in this clinical area.

Licensure, Certification, Registration

• Current unrestricted License in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to obtain and maintain department specific certifications.
