Key Requirements:

Must have at least 2 year of customer service experience, preferably from the medical field
Must have experience with Data entry and auditing patient records
Experience with MS Office and data programs
Familiarity with administrative duties
Experience using office equipment, like fax machines and scanner
Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
Strong personal motivation with the ability to work independently and with direction •
Ability to compose reports, memos, letters and other correspondence
Ability to prepare and write reports, summaries of work/work projects
Ability to prioritize workload and meet strict deadlines
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across multiple levels within the company
Works directly with or develops confidential information, which requires regular use of discretion.
