Reporting to Clinic Director and Clinical Back Office Manager, the Clinical Support I Back Office Representative must be able to work independently as well as with resources of supervision and management. This position is responsible to assist in examination and treatment of patients under the direct supervision of registered nurse or physician. The position has the responsibility to provide excellent care and service to patients, their families, physician office staff, hospital personnel and related outside agencies.
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
- High School graduate preferred.
- Successful completion of Valley Heart Institute of Doctors Medical Center Orientation Program
Minimum Experience/Skills:
- Preferred 1-2 years MA, CNA, NA experience
- Medical terminology
- Excellent communication (Verbal and Written)
- Excellent Organizational Skills (multiple tasks)
- 10-key
- Keyboard/Typing - 35wpm
- Bilingual Preferred
- Self Starter/Highly Motivated
License/Certificates/Credentials:
- Current BLS for Healthcare Provider required
