About the Job

We're looking for a motivated Clinical Systems Technician to support the day-to-day operation of our clinical applications and provider scheduling systems. You'll work alongside experienced Clinical Systems professionals to troubleshoot issues, support clinic workflows, maintain documentation, and help ensure our technology continues to support exceptional patient care.

This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in healthcare technology while developing expertise in clinical systems, EMR support, and healthcare operations.

What You'll Do

  • Support provider scheduling, calendar updates, appointment templates, and related workflow requests

  • Provide first-level support for clinical applications, including user access, configuration, workflow, and functionality questions

  • Monitor and manage Clinical Systems support requests through the support queue

  • Troubleshoot basic EMR and application issues while escalating more complex problems as needed

  • Assist with system testing, maintenance, documentation, data updates, and workflow validation

  • Partner with clinics, internal teams, and vendors to provide timely support and resolve issues

  • Help identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve workflows and processes

  • Follow established documentation, change management, privacy, and security procedures

What You'll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare, Business, or a related field preferred

  • One to two years of experience in healthcare, EMR support, help desk, customer service, or a related support role preferred

  • Familiarity with EMR systems, provider scheduling, clinical workflows, or healthcare operations; eClinicalWorks experience is a plus

  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, prioritize competing requests, and follow documented processes

  • Desire to learn, collaborate, and grow within healthcare technology
