The Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for laboratory, diagnostic, healthcare support and corporate professionals. This role partners closely with hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified talent in a timely and compliant manner. Responsibilities include managing requisitions from intake through offer acceptance, proactively building strong candidate pipelines, and delivering a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring leaders while meeting established recruiting metrics. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter with experience sourcing clinical laboratory, pathology, diagnostic, and healthcare talent, who excels in a fast-paced, evolving environment and can work effectively both independently and in partnership with a collaborative team.
This role requires a strategic partner who can navigate the competitive healthcare market, build robust talent pipelines, and ensure seamless candidate experience while maintaining compliance with medical credentialing standards.
