Clinical Team Manager - Community Crisis Stabilization
The Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS)programprovides short-term, staff-secure, safe, and structured crisis stabilization and treatment services 24 hours per day,7 daysper week, and 365 days per year (24/7/365) for adults ages 18 and older. CCS is a community-based program that serves as aclinicallynecessary, less-restrictive alternative to inpatient psychiatric hospitalization.
In collaboration with the Director of Stabilization Services, theClinical Team Manager(CTM)is responsible for clinical oversight and quality ofserviceswithinthe program, including individual and group therapy, case management, and peer support.
In this vital role, the Clinical Team Manager:
- directly supervisesclinicians, clinical interns, counselors,and peer support staff
- creates the weekly milieu programming/schedule, ensuring that groups and activities are clinically relevant to the persons served
- developsand supportstheimplementationof psychoeducational and therapeutic groups
- leads clinical discussions in daily interdisciplinary rounds
- will be the lead coordinator betweenCCSand the Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) Component and other key stakeholders and collateral contacts with CCS
- holds a caseload and therefore must also perform key clinical duties for their caseloadincludingconducting comprehensive assessments inclusive of the use of standardized assessment tools for suicide risk, brief crisis counseling, individualized risk management/safety planning, psychoeducation, discharge planning, and care coordination
- provides direct clinical services to clients in the CCS(individual and group treatment, family meetings,treatment team meetings)
- completes clinical documentation (intakes, treatment plans, discharge summaries)
- conducts concurrent reviews with insurance companies, case management and discharge planning
- provides clinicalguidance and consultation toMilieucounselors, LPNs andCertifiedPeer Specialists/Recovery Coaches
Schedule: Full-Time 40 hours per week; Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Pay Rate:
- $40.80/hour with independent licensure (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT)
