Compensation & Benefits: 

  • LSW / LPC: Starting at $64,000- $70,000

  • LISW / LPCC: Starting at $72,000 - $80,000

Position Summary:

Unison Health is seeking a Clinical Therapist to join our Mobile Response Stabilization Services (MRSS) team. This position delivers immediate, mobile, and short-term behavioral health support to youth and families experiencing emotional or behavioral crises across our four-county service area.

Key Responsibilities & Role Highlights:

  • Mobile crisis intervention and stabilization

  • Trauma-informed care aligned with the MRSS model

  • Short-term therapy and care coordination in the community

  • Client-centered support promoting emotional well-being and safety

  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

  • Provide psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches (e.g., CBT)

  • Monitor and adapt treatment based on client progress

  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other team members

  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with HIPAA

  • Educate clients and families on mental health and treatment options

  • Stay up to date on best practices and emerging clinical approaches

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field

  • Valid Ohio licensure (LSW, LPC, LISW, or LPCC)

  • Strong knowledge of clinical assessment and therapeutic interventions

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Commitment to ethical, client-centered care

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
