Alliance Recovery is a leading outpatient Substance Use Disorder facility located in Fountain Valley, CA. We specialize in comprehensive, compassionate care for individuals facing substance abuse and psychiatric challenges.We are currently seeking a motivated, dedicated, and client-centered therapist to join our growing clinical team. What We OfferA dynamic and supportive team environmentClinical supervision (if needed)Opportunities to facilitate both gender-specific and co-ed group therapyA manageable caseload of 16–18 clientsA full-time schedule (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM)A chance to truly make an impact in your clients' recovery journey Your Role & ResponsibilitiesFacilitate 1–2 therapy groups per week and provide individual counselingComplete biopsychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plansConduct diagnostic evaluations using current DSM criteriaUtilize therapeutic approaches including psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, and 12-step frameworksCollaborate with community resources and referral sources to coordinate client careMaintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systemProvide crisis intervention and risk assessments when neededUphold all licensure, registration, and certification requirements What We're Looking ForMaster's degree in a related field (required)Registered Associate with the BBS (AMFT, ACSW, or APCC – required)At least 1 year of experience in addiction treatment (preferred)Strong understanding of co-occurring disorders, family systems, and trauma-informed careFamiliarity with EMRs and clinical documentation standardsExcellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills Medical SpecialtyAddiction MedicineIf you're a passionate therapist ready to make a meaningful difference, we encourage you to apply and become part of the healing work we do at Alliance Recovery.Apply today and help us empower lives - one client at a time.
