    The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training and internal pay comparison. The above hiring range represents the University''s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

    The Danielsen Institute''s Assistant Director of Training will work with the Director of Training to run the Institute''s Training programs, including administrative functions and presenting clinical training sessions. This individual will also provide clinical supervision, attend various training and professional development seminars, and maintain a clinical workload of 15-18 therapy hours per week.

    Required Skills

    This individual must be a licensed independent clinical social worker or a licensed HSP psychologist in the state of Massachusetts.
