$31.25 - $33.65/hr

Schedule:

Monday–Friday; schedule will be aligned to training coverage needs and may include earlier or later hours to support learners across multiple time zones.

Help Clinicians Turn Knowledge Into Confidence

As a Clinical Training Specialist, you'll use your LPN experience to help clinical team members build the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to succeed. You'll facilitate training, coach learners, answer clinical questions, assess readiness, and help new hires connect what they're learning to the work they'llactually do.

This is a hands-on training role where your impact goes beyond delivering information. You'll work closely with learners through practice, role plays, call examples, teach-backs, and real-time coaching.

You don't need to have held a formal trainer title. We're looking for clinicians who have experience helping others learn—whether that's through formal training, facilitating group learning, leading practice activities, or serving as a preceptor, mentor, subject matter expert, or peer coach.

What You’ll Do

You'll help new and existing clinical team members move from learning to confident, independent performance.

• Lead engaging onboarding and ongoing training for clinical call center associates, typically supporting classes of 5–15 learners.
• Facilitate onsite and virtual training using demonstrations, practice activities, role plays, call examples, and teach-backs.
• Help learners connect clinical concepts and approved workflows to the work they'll perform.
• Serve as a clinical resource, reinforcing medication-related concepts, documentation expectations, quality standards, and patient-centered communication.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and assessments throughout the training experience.
• Observe practice and reverse-shadowing activities and help assess learner readiness for production.
• Partner with supervisors and training leadership to communicate learner progress and identify additional coaching needs.
• Support training for new programs, workflow changes, and ongoing skill development.
• Identify learner knowledge gaps and opportunities to improve training materials, job aids, and activities.
• Take ownership of the learner experience by identifying opportunities to improve training rather than waiting for direction.
• Maintain accurate learner progress, assessment, attendance, and completion records.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program.
• Active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
• Healthcare or clinical experience.
• Experience delivering training, facilitating group learning, or leading practice activities
• Experience working in a role requiring clinical documentation and adherence to established workflows and procedures.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with clinical call centers, clinical interviewing, patient outreach, or care coordination.
• Experience with Medication Therapy Management (MTM), medication adherence, or similar clinical programs.
• Experience serving as a preceptor, mentor, subject matter expert, or peer coach in a clinical environment.
• Experience with quality assurance, learner assessment, or healthcare training.

Physical Requirements

Hybrid/Office Role:

• Ability to remain seated and perform computer-based work for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate clearly by phone and in virtual meetings.
• Ability to present and facilitate training for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally lift, carry, or move up to 25 pounds.
