The Principal, Clinical Transformation is a leader responsible for clinical transformation, operations activation readiness, post-go-live stabilization, and ongoing campus transformation leadership for the Adams Neurosciences Center (ANC) and the Saint Raphael Campus (SRC). This role provides integrated clinical and operational leadership across the full transformation lifecycle, from pre-go-live planning through multi-phase activation and into stabilization and beyond; ensuring safe, high-quality patient care and sustained adoption of new care models and workflows. The Principal serves as a key connector and project leader across service lines and campus operations with accountability for performance outcomes and ongoing transformation of SRC as a high -performing, fully integrated campus.

Responsibilities
Adams Neurosciences Center and Campus Transformation Activation Leadership (Pre-Go-Live & Go-Live Execution)
Lead clinical transformation and operations activation readiness across all phases of ANC and SRC transformation, including new facility activation, backfill execution, and bed stack redesign.
Oversee integration of clinical and non-clinical workflows, translating enterprise designs into executable, department-level operational plans.
Serve as the clinical transformation project lead for the Operations & Clinical Programming workstream; establishing and executing direction, workplans, and aligned deliverables.
Ensure readiness for safe, high-quality care on Day 1 through risk identification, mitigation strategies, and cross-functional coordination.
Participate in execution of structured change management and stakeholder engagement strategies to drive adoption and mitigate resistance.
Post-Activation Stabilization & Day 2 Execution
Serve as a operational leader responsible for Day 2 prioritization, decision-making, and execution.
Ensure cross-campus clinical care models, support services, and platform services are functioning as designed; lead and collaborate with others to make adjustments and drive standardization.
Oversee implementation of the agreed upon bed stack plan, including Day 2 staging and backfill execution.
Partner with HR and Operations as a connector to ensure workforce models are stabilized post go live.
Ongoing Saint Raphael Campus Transformation Leadership
Serve as an ongoing operational leader for SRC transformation.
Assist to identify future campus and YNHH initiatives to continue to advance the transformation roadmap.
Partner with Strategy and Operations to drive growth and long-term business plans including achievement of the approved proforma. Be a partner in the full realization of the system wide vision for the ANC.
Serve as a central connector across stakeholders.
Performance & Benefits Realization
Partner with the Senior VP Administration to develop and deliver executive -level dashboards and performance tracking at all phases of the project.
Partner to develop KPI tracking, milestone management, and accountability post activation
Maintain a campus transformation playbook.
Clinical Operations, Change Management & Continuous Improvement
Partner with the Senior VP Administration to execute and adjust the change management strategies developed as the transformation continues.
Identify and lead process improvement initiatives.
Ensure improvements are sustained and standardized.
Technology Enablement & Operational Optimization
Identify measurement methodologies for utilization of clinical technologies with key stakeholders to identify areas of opportunity.
Partner with key stakeholders to optimize technologies installed to ensure full utilization of the value proposition for patients, staff and providers.
Patient Experience, Academic & External Alignment
In collaboration with operations and Patient Experience, assist in identifying opportunities for patient and family experience services to perform optimally for a destination center.
Serve as liaison to PFAC for the campus and center during the pre-post activation period.
Serve as liaison with academic leadership for research and teaching opportunities that can be enabled by the new center.
Collaborate with Development on philanthropy opportunities.
