Job Description
This role supports the Clinical Trial Manager and broader clinical operations team by coordinating daily study operations and execution activities across assigned clinical trials. The Clinical Trial Assistant maintains high-quality documentation, supports site and vendor management, and helps ensure that all clinical trial activities align with regulatory requirements, internal procedures, and project timelines.

Work Environment
The role operates in a professional clinical research environment that relies heavily on electronic systems and documentation. You will work extensively with TMF and eTMF platforms, clinical trial management systems, document management tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite to support study operations. The position involves frequent collaboration with internal cross-functional teams, external CROs, vendors, and investigational sites through virtual meetings, email, and other communication tools. Work hours typically align with standard business hours, with some flexibility required to support time-sensitive study activities and coordination across different time zones. The environment emphasizes adherence to ICH-GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements, with a strong focus on audit and inspection readiness. Attire is generally business casual, reflecting a professional office-based setting that may include remote or hybrid work arrangements depending on organizational policies.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
