We are working on behalf of our client to find a Clinical Trial Manager based in Boston to lead global early-phase clinical trials in a dynamic environment. The role involves managing trials from start-up to close-out, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee clinical trials, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution
Manage project timelines, track risks, and ensure communication across teams
Proactively manage external partners (CROs), tracking progress and addressing issues
Ensure compliance with GCP/ICH and relevant regulations
Manage project scope, change orders, and maintain study databases
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in life sciences or related field
5+ years in clinical trial operations
Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
Familiarity with GCP/ICH guidelines and MS Office
