    About This Role

    RGP is seeking a Clinical Trials Manager Consultant to lead the execution of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with protocols, SOPs, GCPs, and regulatory requirements. As the Clinical Trials Manager, you will provide leadership to study teams, CROs, and vendors, oversee study budgets and forecasts, monitor trial spend against plans, and ensure effective financial stewardship of clinical programs.

    What You Will Work On

    • Manage end-to-end clinical trial execution, ensuring compliance with protocols, GCPs, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
    • Oversee CROs and vendors, including selection, contracting, budgeting, performance management, and issue escalation.
    • Monitor study metrics, enrollment progress, timelines, and risks to drive successful trial delivery.
    • Partner with Clinical Development, Regulatory, Legal, Finance, investigators, and key opinion leaders to support study execution.
    • Provide operational and technical leadership for clinical documents, trial planning, and process improvements.
    • Drive Clinical Operations best practices, functional initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
    • Support domestic and international study activities through regular site, investigator, and vendor engagement.

    What You Will Bring

    • BS/BA degree with 10+ years of experience leading global, multi-site clinical trials across ophthalmology, neurology, rare disease, and drug development programs.
    • Expertise in clinical development, FDA/EMA regulations, ICH-GCP compliance, and global study execution.
    • Proven leadership of Clinical Operations teams, including direct management, mentoring, and staff development.
    • Extensive experience selecting, negotiating, and overseeing CROs and external vendors.
    • Strong financial acumen with responsibility for study budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • Effective collaborator with investigators, key opinion leaders, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
