 The Fountain Group, a national staffing firm, is currently seeking a Clinical Trial Payment Coordinator for a prominent client of ours. This position is Remote. Details of the position are as follows: 

Job Description:
REMOTE EST working hours
Pay: $29.42/hour. W2 only.
Sponsorship is not available for this position.
Duration:6 months with expected additional 6 months extension based on performance 


Position Summary:
Processes, tracks, and approves invoices for clinical trial site payments
Manages end-to-end clinical site payments - configuring templates, setting up vendors/sites, loading data across systems, and processing/approving invoices.
Ensures accuracy and compliance through Excel-driven reconciliation and QA, resolves discrepancies, and collaborates via Teams to meet deadlines.
Supports payment system migration and clinical payment approval backlog
Configures payment templates for site budgets
Loads information into various payment systems
Sets up vendor/site information in payment systems
Reviews and performs quality data checks on historical payments
Performs data entry as required
Verifies activities and support documentation and provides approvals


Qualifications:
Minimum of a High School Diploma is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred
1+ year of clinical trial site payments experience is required. More experience is welcome.
Must have proven experience and proficiency in configuring payment templates and loading information into payment systems
Understanding of Excel for data manipulation and analysis is required.
Proficiency in using Teams or similar collaboration platforms for communication and project management is needed.
Needs to possess knowledge of clinical site payments and related regulations
Ability to verify and validate payment information with a high level of accuracy is required.
Experience in supporting payment activities for both US and international sites is strongly preferred.
Should possess the ability to work within and navigate multiple payment systems efficiently
Experience in processing, tracking, and approving invoices for clinical trial site payments is necessary.

Nice to have:
• Experience with Suvoda/Greenphire's eClinical GPS software system a plus.
