Inner-Circle Communities LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Clinician I (LSW/LPC) to join their growing team in Columbus, OH. Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy services to clients across diverse populations
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate client care and support services
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Participate in case consultations, supervision, and ongoing professional development
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, agency policies, and state licensing requirements

Requirements:

• Active LSW (Licensed Social Worker) or LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) licensure in the state of Ohio
• Bacholor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience providing direct clinical services in a behavioral health or community-based setting preferred
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.)
• Strong clinical documentation and case management skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse and underserved populations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
