Clinicial Supervisor, Progressive Care Unit

The Clinical Supervisor is a member of the unit-based leadership team. Provides supervision of the nursing operations of a unit. In the absence of the Manager or Director may assume 24-hour nursing responsibility. Works with a unit specific patient population.

Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Three 3 years experience in clinical area with a minimum of one 1 year in area of specialty
• Bachelors degree or higher in Nursing with two 2 years of experience in clinical area with a minimum of one 1 year in area of specialty
• Current license in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or Nurse Compact NLCeNLC or Multistate license
• Must hold Certified in American Heart Associations Basic Cardiac Life Support BLS
• Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional Life Support credential ACLS PALS NRP etc. or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units.
