What You'll Do

• Deliver comprehensive clinical services and therapeutic supports in community and residential settings.

• Develop, monitor, and evaluate functional behavior support plans to reduce challenging behaviors and build replacement skills.

• Provide coaching and training for staff and caregivers to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans.

• Conduct assessments on interests, preferences, skills, satisfaction, and quality of life.

• Collaborate with families, guardians, and multidisciplinary teams-including residential, clinical, and community-based providers.

• Participate in intake processes, Individual Support Plan (ISP) meetings, and ongoing care coordination.

• Provide crisis management training and professional development to staff using our foundation-approved curriculum.

• Maintain confidential clinical records and comply with all mandated reporting requirements.

Skills: Applied behavior analysis, positive behavior support, functional behavior assessments, CBT/DBT techniques, data collection, staff training, and clinical supervision.

• Masters degree required in psychology, social work, counseling or related field

• Licensed Applied Behavioral Analyst required (LABA)|Behavioral Health clinical licensed preferred (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, Licensed psychologist)

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst Required

• CPR/First Aid required

• Standard driver's license - class C or class D

• 1 - 3 years of related experience
