Skills: Applied behavior analysis, positive behavior support, functional behavior assessments, CBT/DBT techniques, data collection, staff training, and clinical supervision.
Master’s degree, preferably in psychology, behavior analysis, special education, mental health counseling, or a related field. Requires BCBA or professional licensure (e.g., psychologist, LMHC, LICSW). Dual credentials and/or professional training and experience in mental health, acquired brain injury, and/or positive behavior support (PBS) preferred.
Supervised training and experience delivering comprehensive behavior analytic services and supports to individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities within their natural environments, including conducting functional behavior assessments and designing/implementing/monitoring behavior support plans.
Experience implementing positive behavior support strategies and/or verbal behavior assessment and intervention preferred.
