About this role: 
As a Clinician, you will provide in-home and community based essential support to children and youth with behavioral and/or psychological health needs, some of whom may be at risk of being removed from their homes. Through counseling, supervision, and parent skill training, you will work closely with client families in collaboration with the treatment team, delivering services in home and community settings. This role allows for a high degree of independence and leadership, as you will serve as the team leader for each client’s treatment team. 
  
Employment Type: Full-time 
Salary: $64,000
**Earn up to $20,000 additionally annually in your salary with incentives**
 
Full Package Details:
  • $2,500 stay on bonus paid annually during your first 2 years of employment  
  • Company vehicle based on eligibility 
  • Reimbursement for initial licensure and renewal fees 
  • Supervision hours provided to support those with conditional licenses 
  • Contact hours provided for clinical licensure renewal 
  • Personal peer mentor to aid in your training and development 
  
Requirements: 
  
  • Masters Degree in Social Work or Counseling 
  • Active or pursuing Maine licensure as  LCSW, LCPC, LMFTS, LMSW-cc, LCPCc, or LMFTc
