Job Summary:

Part-Time Behavioral Health Clinician / Social Worker

In-Person | 24 Hours/Week

Monday, Wednesday & Friday

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

We're looking for a compassionate and team-focused Behavioral Health Clinician/Social Worker to join our psychiatric care team! In this role, you'll support patients and families through assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, group facilitation, and discharge coordination in a collaborative inpatient setting.

What You'll Do

• Manage a caseload of behavioral health patients
• Complete assessments and treatment plans
• Facilitate individual, group, and family sessions
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
• Assist with discharge planning and community referrals
• Provide crisis support and patient advocacy
• Maintain timely clinical documentation

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
• Active Maine license required (LSX, LSW, LMSW, LMSW-cc, or LCPC-c)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Behavioral health or psychiatric experience preferred
• CPI certification preferred (or obtained during orientation)

Comp Range:

$57,208.78 - $78,785.41
