We would love for you to join our innovative, growing and dynamic Intensive In-Home Services Team! In-Home Services provides a combination of individual and family therapy, as well as case management. In-Home clinicians deliver evidence-based care to youth who are at risk of being removed from their home and/or community. In-Home clinicians have access to routine trainings in evidence-based care, and regular supervision/consultation. The In-Home clinicians work as part of a larger, intensive services team for children and adolescents. Join our team today to make a difference in youth and families' lives!

**$3,000 Sign on Bonus**

Starting Salary:

In-Home Clinician I: $46,706-Depending on Experience

In-Home Clinician II: $56,518-Depending on Experience

Education/Experience Required:

In-Home Clinician I:

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work or other license-eligible human services field is required.
• Registration as a Resident in Counseling or Social Work Supervisee with the Virginia Board of Counseling is required.

In-Home Clinician II:

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or other license-eligible human services field is required.
• State of Virginia licensure required in Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy or other related field.

Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages.
