We’re expanding, and we’re looking for a passionate, independently licensed Clinician II to join our growing team in Albuquerque, NM.

What You’ll Do

You’ll deliver therapeutic interventions to clients with behavioral health diagnoses including mental health and addiction-related disorders across a variety of settings: in-office, in the field, and virtually, based on organizational need. As a core part of our multidisciplinary treatment team, you’ll provide individualized care that includes:

• Providing individual and group counseling services

• Assessing, diagnosing, and developing personalized treatment plans

• Monitoring client progress and adjusting care as needed

• Collaborating with team members across disciplines to coordinate seamless services

• Educating clients and their families about addiction and mental health

• Participating actively in treatment team meetings and ongoing training

• Maintaining accurate, timely documentation in compliance with federal, state, and local requirements

The Details

•       Job Type: Full-time | 40 hours/week

•       Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts

•       Location: In person - Albuquerque, NM (commute required)

•       Medical Specialties: Addiction Medicine & Psychiatry

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, clinical psychology, or a closely related field

• Current, independent New Mexico licensure in good standing (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, LPAT, or PhD)

• 3–5 years of experience in mental health, substance use, or a related field (preferred)

• Experience working with individuals living with mental illness, substance use disorders, and/or intellectual disabilities

• Solid working knowledge of substance use and psychiatric conditions, treatments, and best practices

• Comfort with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system

• Valid New Mexico driver’s license

• Ability to become credentialed with payor sources
