About the Role:
Inner-Circle Communities LLC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Clinician II (LISW/LPCC) to join our growing team in Columbus, OH. Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based clinical interventions
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans to meet evolving clinical needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, case managers, and community partners to coordinate care
  • Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, ethical guidelines, and agency policies
Requirements:
  • Active Ohio LISW (Licensed Independent Social Worker) or LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) licensure required
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field
  • Experience providing direct clinical services in a community mental health or behavioral health setting
  • Proficiency in conducting psychosocial assessments and developing treatment plans
  • Strong knowledge of DSM-5 diagnoses and evidence-based therapeutic modalities
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
