Position Overview:
Kings View is seeking a Clinician II to provide direct mental health services including diagnostic evaluations, assessments, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and clinical support services. This licensed clinician role supports consumers with behavioral health needs while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams and community partners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations, assessments, and treatment planning
• Provide psychotherapy and mental health interventions
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Meet productivity and documentation expectations
• Review and approve documentation for unlicensed staff
• Assist with mentoring and clinical consultation
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and case consultations
• Coordinate referrals and community linkage services
• Support continuity of care and program development activities

What You’ll Bring:

Required Qualifications:
• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Current California licensure (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC)
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) or ability to obtain prior to start
• Valid California Driver’s License (Class C)

Required Experience:
• Minimum two (2) years experience in a clinical mental health setting
• Experience with diagnostic evaluation, treatment planning, and psychotherapy

Required Skills:
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Knowledge of behavioral health interventions and outcomes measures
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
