Clinician - In-Home Therapy
Pay: $65,000 Annually; additional 5K annually if bilingual in eligible languages or if independently licensed
Payment for this role is based on an hourly rate, not tied to a fee-for-service schedule.
Are you a compassionate clinician who thrives in community-based work? YOU Inc. is seeking an In-Home Therapy (IHT) Clinician to join our team and provide critical, family-centered services through the Massachusetts Children's Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI).
In this role, you'll work directly with children, adolescents, and their families in home and community settings-helping to stabilize environments, strengthen relationships, and build skills for long-term success using trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and evidence-based practices.
