Clinician - Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment Team

The Clinician on the Integrated Dual Disorders Treatment (IDDT) Team provides clinical assessment, treatment, and recovery-oriented support to adults experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Utilizing evidence-based practices, including motivational interviewing and stage-wise treatment interventions, the Clinician partners with individuals to promote recovery, enhance wellness, reduce barriers to treatment, and support successful community living. This role works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered, trauma-informed care that reflects each individual's strengths, goals, and preferences.

Other Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, reassessments, and risk screenings, and maintain all required clinical documentation from intake through discharge.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based approaches designed for individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

• Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans, safety plans, and crisis prevention and response plans in collaboration with individuals served.

• Build strong therapeutic relationships that support engagement, recovery, self-determination, and achievement of personal goals.

• Coordinate care with community providers, emergency service agencies, outpatient clinics, and other treatment partners to ensure integrated and comprehensive support.

• Provide crisis intervention, participate in on-call responsibilities, and contribute to clinical reviews, team meetings, trainings, and supervision activities.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related human services field, required.

• LMHC, LICSW, or LCSW preferred.

• Experience supporting individuals with mental health and substance use disorders preferred.

• Strong clinical, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Commitment to providing culturally responsive, person-centered care.

Pay Range:

$80,000-$90,000
