Some clients eagerly engage in treatment. Others have spent years navigating serious mental illness, trauma, systemic barriers, and disappointment. They may be hesitant, guarded, or difficult to engage.
We are looking for a clinician who sees opportunity where others see obstacles.

We are seeking a skilled Master's-level or Licensed Clinician who is passionate about recovery-oriented care and has the experience, creativity, and resilience to engage clients who need more than traditional outpatient therapy.
This clinical role that combines individual services, group development and facilitation, community engagement, and relationship-building. If you thrive in a flexible environment, enjoy building something meaningful, and are committed to serving some of our community's most vulnerable individuals, we'd love to meet you.
You are:
Comfortable working with complex mental health presentations and challenging clinical situations.
Skilled at building trust with individuals who may initially be resistant to treatment.
Organized enough to balance clinical care, documentation, group facilitation, and outreach.
Self-directed and able to manage your schedule while meeting program expectations.
Creative, persistent, and willing to try new approaches to engagement.
Energized by meaningful work and committed to helping individuals move toward recovery.
Availability may include:
The schedule provides flexibility while supporting client access to care and group programming.
Take advantage of our phenomenal benefit package that includes Dental, Health and Life insurance. Paid time off, earned vacation time and paid holidays just to name a few and our competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000/year, salary is based on experience and licensure.
The clients we serve have often been told "no," fallen through the cracks, or struggled to find providers willing to stay engaged through difficult moments.
The right clinician won't just provide therapy.
They'll create opportunities for connection, build community through groups, inspire hope, and help individuals take meaningful steps toward recovery.
If you're looking for work that challenges you, rewards you, and genuinely changes lives, we'd like to talk with you.
