POSITION SUMMARY:
The Clinician Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment and onboarding of physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) for Valley Medical Group. This role partners with clinical leadership and operations to identify staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clinician hires. The Clinician Recruiter/Onboarding Specialist plays a critical role in supporting organizational growth, provider workforce planning.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree required in Psychology, Human Resources or Business Administration or related experience in Human Resources management. Master's degree in related field preferred. Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment - Certification of Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional (AAPPR-CPRP) certified preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum two (2) years healthcare recruitment experience required with clinician (physician and/or advanced practice providers positions) recruitment required. Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes. Strong understanding of physician employment models and compensation structures. Experience in a multi-specialty medical group environment.
SPECIAL SKILLS:
Knowledge of provider credentialing process.

Pay Range: $85,904.00 - $107,369.60
The posted pay range reflects the compensation for a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE)
