Overview:
Forefront Dermatology is seeking a dedicated and organized Clinician Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in attracting top talent and ensuring a smooth recruitment process for our growing network of dermatology clinicians. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting healthcare recruitment.
Travel:Up to 15% required
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the full lifecycle recruitment process for clinical candidates, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as social media, job boards, networking, and direct outreach to identify and engage potential clinical candidates.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external recruiting agencies and job boards to post openings and manage relationships.
- Scheduling: Organize and coordinate interviews and onsite visits between candidates and local practices, facilitating seamless communication.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment databases, including Salesforce.
- Job Postings: Create and update job postings on the company’s career page and various job boards, ensuring engaging and accurate descriptions.
- Collaboration: Work closely & maintain communication with internal teams to identify staffing needs, provide status updates, and strategize recruitment initiatives.
- Reporting: Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Event/Conference Support: Manage, support, and attend industry, conference, and networking events.
- Other Duties: As assigned by leadership team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or marketing, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Salesforce.
- Knowledge of healthcare recruitment laws and regulations is a plus.

For this position, the base pay range is $65,000 - $80,000 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, certifications, or training.
