About the Program
The High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) Program is an intensive, team-based care coordination model designed for children, youth, young adults, and families with complex behavioral health needs who are often involved with multiple systems such as mental health, child welfare, education, juvenile justice, or housing services. The goal is to help individuals remain successful in their homes, schools, and communities while reducing the need for higher levels of care.

High Fidelity Wraparound is recognized as an evidence-based, family-centered approach that brings together multidisciplinary team members, natural supports, family members, and service providers to create and implement individualized plans of care tailored to each family's strengths, needs, culture, and goals.

Productivity Expectation:  This position has a baseline productivity expectation of 50%, generally equivalent to an average of approximately 3.5 hours of direct client service per workday.  The meeting of such requirements will be addressed in accordance with the Company policies and applicable law.

Children's Program
This program provides Medi-Cal-funded community and field-based behavioral health services to children and families. Services include family therapy, psychological testing, intensive in-home services, medication management, individual and group therapy, school consultation, case management, mentorship, assessments, crisis intervention, and Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS). The program utilizes trauma-informed and evidence-based practices, including TF-CBT, PCIT, Seeking Safety, and EMDR.

About the Role
The Pre-Licensed Therapist provides mental health treatment services that promote client independence, family empowerment, and positive behavioral health outcomes. This role delivers individual, family, and group therapy services while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary care teams to support children and families in achieving emotional, social, educational, and behavioral goals.

Responsibilities
· Provide individual, family, and group therapy services to children, adolescents, and families
· Conduct clinical assessments and therapeutic interviews to identify treatment needs and goals
· Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions
· Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and care coordination activities
· Provide crisis intervention and clinical support as needed
· Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with Medi-Cal, company, and regulatory requirements
· Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as clinically appropriate
· Collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, community organizations, and family support systems
· Facilitate psychoeducational groups, parenting support, and skill-building activities
· Provide referrals and linkage to community resources and supportive services
· Participate in program development initiatives, staff meetings, and training opportunities
· Meet assigned productivity expectations as established by program leadership
· Deliver services in clinic, home, school, and community settings as needed
· Transport clients when necessary utilizing a personal vehicle
· Participate in assigned after-hours or on-call responsibilities as required by the program
· Maintain compliance with HIPAA, ethical standards, professional boundaries, and company policies
· Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications-Must have BBS number
· Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution
· Registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC), or Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW)
· Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals experiencing behavioral health challenges in inpatient, outpatient, school-based, or community-based settings
· Direct clinical, case management, and treatment planning experience
· Strong assessment, documentation, and therapeutic intervention skills
· Knowledge of trauma-informed care and behavioral health treatment practices
· Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
· Intermediate computer proficiency and experience utilizing electronic health record systems
· Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and active automobile insurance

Preferred Qualifications
· Experience providing services to children, adolescents, and families
· Experience working within Wraparound, Full Service Partnership (FSP), or community behavioral health programs
· Experience utilizing evidence-based practices such as TF-CBT, PCIT, EMDR, or Seeking Safety
· Bilingual skills preferred
· Experience providing school-based or community-based therapy services
