The Clinician Support Specialist plays a vital role in supporting our clinical care teams by facilitating efficient workflows, enhancing patient service, and ensuring seamless coordination across assigned clinicians, facilities, and patients. This position includes inâperson support within skilled nursing and senior living communities, preparation for clinician rounding, data entry, scheduling, documentation support, and serving as a key liaison between Eventus providers, facility staff, residents, and families.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Certified/Registered Medical Assistant, CNA, or PCT highly preferred
Minimum one year of patient care experience highly preferred, medical scribing experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong customer service skills with a positive, supportive, and professional approach
Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to navigate multiple priorities in a dynamic clinical environment
