CLN RN Clinic-Wound Care Team-Crestwood Medical Center-FT-1st shift

Overview:

Responsible for the delivery of  patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation; responsible for directing, coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices; collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.

 

Qualifications:

Education:  Graduate of an School of Professional Nursing; must provide documented evidence to perform waived  testing

Licenses/Certificates: License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Alabama. Current BLS certification

We are a Healogics managed, award winning wound care center. We are looking for an RN Case Manager to coordinate and provide care for our patients. It is a full-time position with expected hours Monday - Thursday 0745-1630 and Fridays 0745-1200 +/- depending on patient volumes and clinic needs. New grads are welcome to apply!
