Closer

Our Client, a Mortgage and Real Estate Services company, is looking for a Closer for their Remote location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the entire real estate closing process, including compliance with, lender instructions, balancing closing instructions, communication with the lender, title requirements, company requirements and other written instructions
• Balance, schedule, compile closing documents with lender and title packages
• Understands how own team integrates with related teams to accomplish objectives
• Impacts the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of the team through own work
• Recognizes and solves atypical problems that occur infrequently
• Evaluates and selects solutions from existing precedents or procedures
• Communicates and explains complex information, including interdependence within the team and others
• Works under limited supervision, exercises time management, while meeting the goals and tasks assigned of all integrated workflow from the lender in a timely manner.
• Individual contributor acting as a resource for less experienced team members; does not have supervisory responsibilities
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management
