Responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional attitude
• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional hospitality
• Collaborate with the team to set up, clean, and maintain equipment and facility
• Take accurate orders and process payments efficiently
• Prepare delicious frozen custard treats with urgency and attention to quality
• Keep the dining room clean and engage with guests to provide excellent hospitality
• Follow all health code requirements for food safety and personal hygiene
• Complete training materials and perform other assigned duties

Requirements:

• Available and permitted to work between 5pm and 11pm on select days Monday through Friday
• Available to work on Saturday and/or Sunday
• Ability to maintain a "Whatever it Takes" stance for guest satisfaction
• Strong teamwork, responsibility, dependability, and adaptability
