Job Title : Closing Coordinator Specialist
Location Carrollton, TX | Hybrid (in office twice per week)
Compensation & Schedule
• $19.50–$22.50 per hour
• Regular business hours
• W2, temp-to-hire
Role Impact
This role supports the successful completion and closure of real estate and related financial transactions by managing tasks through defined workflows. The Specialist ensures documentation accuracy, timely processing, and responsive communication with internal teams and external partners. Success is defined by meeting service-level expectations, maintaining data integrity, and delivering a consistent client experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage assigned portfolios, queues, or tasks through completion within established timelines
• Review, process, and validate incoming documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate task completion with internal team members and escalate issues as needed
• Update client and company systems to reflect current status and approvals
• Respond to client, vendor, and partner inquiries via phone, email, portal, or fax
Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
• 2–3 years of experience in real estate operations or customer service
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail

• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Outlook
• Microsoft Word
• Internet-based portals and client systems
Preferred Skills
• Experience in financial services, mortgage servicing, or vendor management
• Familiarity with state-specific real estate closing regulations and documentation requirements
• Ability to train vendors or clients on defined processes when required
