Crew Member (Front of House)
Guest service: Greet guests, take orders, and provide a friendly, energetic experience. Order and payment processing: Accurately take orders and handle payments. Food and beverage service: Prepare and serve food items according to Culvers standards. Restroom upkeep: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
Crew Member (Back of House)
Food preparation: Prepare made-to-order items like ButterBurgers and Cheese Curds. Quality and consistency: Ensure all food meets Culvers standards for quality and presentation. Back-up support: Assist with other duties and responsibilities as needed after primary tasks are completed.
Other Positions
Porter: Focus on cleaning the restaurant and equipment, stocking ingredients, and opening the restaurant. Manager: Oversee the crew, ensure smooth operations, support team member development, and guarantee guest satisfaction.
General Responsibilities and Qualifications
Hygiene and safety: Follow strict personal hygiene and food safety practices. Teamwork: Cooperate with and support other team members. Physical requirements: Stand and walk for extended periods; lift items up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
Other qualifications: Maintain a neat appearance and a flexible schedule, possess basic reading and writing skills, and demonstrate a sense of urgency and good communication.
Compensation Up to $16 per/hr. Must be 16 years or older.
