Key Responsibilities
- Lead and train a talented front-of-house team
- Ensure customers are receiving craveable food
- Manage cash handling, food safety, and health regulations
- Oversee smooth operations at the drive-thru and front counter
- Resolve customer and employee concerns with professionalism
- Handle employee scheduling and labor cost management
- Collaborate with the leadership team through market meetings

Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Proven managerial experience with strong leadership skills
- Drive-thru experience is required
- Experience with Chick-fil-A preferred

- Associate degree or equivalent education
