The Front of House Team Member plays an essential role in creating an exceptional guest experience and supporting the smooth operation of the restaurant. This position is responsible for providing warm, attentive, and efficient service; accurately processing orders and transactions; maintaining clean, organized, and well-stocked service areas; and supporting front counter, drive-thru, and dining room operations. Team Members work collaboratively to uphold Chick-fil-A Leominster’s standards for hospitality, food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence while demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

• Closing shifts - Available to work beyond 10PM on weekdays and Saturday

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate the Chick-fil-A Core 4: Smiling, Eye Contact, Speaking in a friendly tone, always say “My Pleasure”
• Deliver friendly, efficient, and exceptional guest service.
• Greet guests, take and accurately fulfill orders, and assist with front counter, drive-thru, and dining room operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment.
• Follow Chick-fil-A service, food safety, and operational standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient shifts.
• Respond to guest needs and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Support opening, closing, stocking, and routine cleaning responsibilities as assigned.
• Demonstrate teamwork, reliability, and a commitment to Chick-fil-A’s values
• Handle cash and electronic payments accurately and securely while following established cash-handling and security procedures.
• Follow Chick-fil-A’s uniform and appearance standards
