DeLaune's Supermarket in St. Amant, LA is looking for a dependable, experienced Closing Key Holder to join our team.
This position is responsible for leading the store during evening hours, providing outstanding customer service, supervising front-end operations, and ensuring the store is properly closed each night.
Responsibilities Include Opening and closing cash registers and complete nightly closing procedures, balance cash drawers and prepare deposits, supervise cashiers and provide leadership during evening shifts, deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns, ensure the sales floor remains clean, stocked, and organized, assist with stocking, merchandising, and general store operations as needed, secure the building at closing and follow all company security procedures.
Qualifications: Previous retail cashier experience required, Prior key holder, supervisor, or management experience preferred, Strong cash handling and balancing skills, Honest, dependable, and able to work independently, Excellent customer service and communication skills, Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
