The Closing Manager is one who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces the Chick-fil-A culture and has a servant’s heart. They have a passion for people and serving others, have strong character, take initiative and work with a sense of urgency at all times. The Closing Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing daily operations and keeping team members and team leaders accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service in the front of house of the restaurant. The Closing Manager's main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members and team leaders in the front and back of house of the restaurant. The Closing Manager will lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.
This role is a highly developmental role that is focused on improving restaurant performance by executing Chick-fil-A’s vision of being the most caring company.
