Introduction:
We are seeking a experienced Assistant Manager to join our team and assist in the day-to-day operations of our business. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing a team of employees, overseeing the duties ,performance of the employees are done in timely matter as making sure the store is clean, stocked, and ready for business the next day. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and problem-solving skills and be able to adapt to changing business needs.
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of employees, including setting performance expectations, getting the store ready for business the next day
counting money and closing the store at night
Adapt to changing business needs
Communicate effectively with other team members and management
Other duties as assigned, and have to be able to close at night
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 years of experience in a management role
