Recruiter - Recruiter I

Location: Seattle, Washington (Onsite)

Role Overview

An opportunity is available for a Recruiting Business Partner to join a Talent Acquisition team. This role serves as the primary recruiting partner for hiring managers, focusing on candidate engagement during the offer and onboarding phases. You will collaborate with Sourcing Recruiters who build candidate pipelines while you manage the critical closing stages of the recruitment lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted recruiting partner for hiring managers.
  • Partner with Sourcing Recruiters who manage intake meetings and candidate pipeline development.
  • Monitor pipeline health across requisitions to ensure hiring success.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers from requisition creation through onboarding.
  • Engage candidates during the offer phase to set expectations around compensation and leveling.
  • Prepare, extend, and negotiate offers effectively to close candidates.
  • Address and resolve candidate concerns related to role scope, level, or compensation.
  • Use recruiting metrics to provide insights and reporting to hiring managers.
  • Identify and address inefficiencies or blockers in the recruiting process.
  • Maintain data integrity and operational excellence across all recruiting systems.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Experience: 2+ years of recruiting experience, either in an agency or corporate environment. Experience in a business-facing recruiting role with knowledge of the full-lifecycle recruiting process is required.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of standard recruiting concepts and practices. A strong understanding of applicant tracking systems is necessary.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience conducting candidate needs assessments to understand priorities.
  • Proven ability to build candidate relationships through consistent communication.
  • Experience addressing candidate objections related to the role, level, or compensation.
  • Experience leveraging recruiting metrics for analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to identify process blockers and drive improvements.
  • Experience partnering with Sourcing Recruiters and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated pay range for this position is $30.00 to $40.00 per hour. Please note that the final pay rate will be determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience and qualifications.
