We are looking for a Clothing Department Lead to support the daily operations of our apparel (softgoods) department in a winter ski and snowboard specialty retail store. This is a full-time, hourly leadership role that focuses on customer service, sales performance, merchandising, and team support during peak winter season.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service with strong knowledge of winter apparel and layering systems
Lead by example on the sales floor and support clothing department associates during shifts
Drive department sales through effective selling, add-ons, and customer engagement
Maintain visual merchandising standards, organization, and product presentation
Assist with inventory tasks including receiving, stocking, transfers, and markdowns
Support training and onboarding of new and seasonal staff
Help resolve customer issues and support store-wide operations as needed
