Job Description:
Design, evolve, and govern AWS-native infrastructure patterns and services that support multiple Studio Economics workstreams, enabling scalable, secure, and reusable cloud platforms for analytics, forecasting, and ML initiatives.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Lead Cloud Architecture Across Studio Economics: Define reference architectures, IaC modules, and CI/CD standards for consistency and reuse across product pods
Embed Security, Scalability, and Resilience: Implement IAM, KMS, audit logging, autoscaling, and fault-tolerant designs aligned with compliance requirements
Partner with Platform, Product, and Data Teams: Deliver shared infrastructure services, unblock development teams, and support scalable ML/data pipelines using AWS-native tools
Drive Platform Enablement and Governance: Maintain infrastructure documentation, SLAs, onboarding guides, and participate in cross-domain architecture forums to promote reusable standards
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
7 years designing and supporting AWS-native platforms (Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, AppSync, S3, Cognito)
Experience delivering infrastructure via CI/CD (GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline) and IaC (Terraform, CDK)
Strong knowledge of data and ML infrastructure (SageMaker, Databricks, MLflow, feature stores)
Expertise in security, compliance, and resilience best practices, including IAM, encryption, audit logging, and tagging standards
Experience embedding observability tools (CloudWatch, X-Ray, OpenSearch) into platform services
Nice-to-Haves:
Proven success designing modular, reusable architectures for multi-domain environments
Experience with real-time data pipelines (EventBridge)
Background in cost optimization and operational efficiency for large-scale AWS environments
